OUR VISION

A society where menstrual health is recognized as a fundamental human right and where having a menstrual cycle is no longer a source of discrimination, violence, or inequality, but a catalyst for equity, wellbeing, and leadership.

OUR MISSION

YesWeBleed creates change by combining education, advocacy, somatic work, and community building to shift both culture and systems around menstruation. Our approach is rooted in the belief that menstrual justice requires transformation at every level, from personal awareness to public policy.

OUR APPROACH

1. Education & Awareness

We host events and workshops that help people understand their menstrual cycle, break taboos, and care for their health holistically. Our goal is to bring menstrual education into schools and workplaces, making it a shared social responsibility.

2. Advocacy & Policy Influence

We advocate for menstrual equity through public engagement, writing, and policy dialogue. Our book project amplifies this mission, and we aim to build partnerships that embed menstrual health into education, health, and labor policies.

3. Somatic & Holistic Health Work

Through somatic workshops, we help people reconnect with their bodies and approach menstrual health with awareness rather than suppression. Rooted in feminist and ancestral knowledge, this work promotes a holistic vision of health across body, mind, and community.

4. Create an inclusive and supportive space

Our “Feminist Reading & Social Circle” creates spaces for dialogue, learning, and solidarity. These gatherings nurture confidence and leadership, a foundation for our future program empowering young FLINTA to engage in civic life and shape policy.

Together, we can end menstrual injustice and ensure that menstrual health is a fundamental human right. Your involvement is crucial in driving meaningful change and empowering millions around the world.
