YES WE BLEED

Creating a World of Menstrual and Reproductive Justice for Everyone

WHAT WE FIGHT FOR

YesWeBleed strives to end menstrual injustice by ensuring that no one is disadvantaged because of their cycle — in education, work, or health — while reclaiming menstruation as a source of knowledge, connection, and power.

Here are the key areas of our work:

Equity &
Policy Change

Advocating for menstrual equity and health rights through education, awareness, and systemic change.

Empowerment & Participation

Using menstrual awareness as a tool to engage and uplift FLINTA voices in political and social decision-making.

Holistic Health & Knowledge

Reclaiming ancestral and body-based knowledge to promote a more inclusive understanding of health.

Come join us

No one should face violence, discrimination, or injustice because of their menstrual cycle. Together, we can create a world where menstrual health is recognized as a fundamental human right.

OUR EVENTS

Through community events in Berlin, we encourage collective care and empower individuals to openly discuss their menstrual health.

ABOUT US

At Yes We Bleed, we are committed to combating menstrual cycle injustice, promoting menstrual health, and advancing gender equality. Our mission is to raise awareness, break taboos, and create a world where menstrual cycles are not a source of violence and discrimination. Through community events in Berlin, we encourage collective care and empower individuals to openly discuss their menstrual health.

We strive to highlight gender inequalities, particularly laws that do not protect the rights of individuals with menstrual cycles and gender minorities. By closely collaborating with partner NGOs, we fight against period poverty, ensure access to menstrual products for everyone, and work towards a future where menstrual health is recognized as a fundamental human right.
